Delivery and Order Information

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices are VAT inclusive - your invoice will give a break down of the VAT.

How quickly will you send my order?

We usually dispatch your goods within 48 hours, often same day. If there is a delay for whatever reason, we will inform you by email. We will email you when the goods are dispatched.

How much is postage?

For orders under £70.00, we charge a nominal £3.95. For orders over £70.00, postage is free.
If your order includes restring then a charge of £7.00 per restring will be applied.

How do you send the goods?

For orders under £70.00, we use first class post. For orders over £70.00, we use Royal Mail's 'signed for' first class post - this will require a signature on delivery.

What if it's out of stock?

We keep most of the products listed in stock, but some of the less popular strings we order on a next day delivery basis. We will keep you informed by email if the suppliers are awaiting deliveries themselves. It is our experience that these supplies seldom are out of stock.

How can I pay?

We can accept payment by most credit (visa, mastercard) and debit cards - we cannot accept payment by American Express. We are also happy to accept payment by cheque (made payable to "Top Spin Tennis") - please send your cheque for the full amount (including P&P) to the address below and we will dispatch your goods on receipt.

When do you charge my credit card?

We will not charge your credit card account until we dispatch your goods. We will include a credit card confirmation slip with your goods.

Can I get a refund?

If you decide you don't want the goods, please return the entire order in the original packaging and unused for a refund within 28 days and include a copy of the original invoice. We cannot accept part orders back (for example if you order 6 sets of string, you cannot return just 2 sets). Please let us know why you do not want the goods to see if we can improve our service to you. You are responsible for the return postage.
